6 ways to enhace your shoulder

You can reposition, strengthen and stabilize your shoulder. Just by dedicating few minutes doing some (maybe) light workout. Below are 6 ways to enhance your shoulders either for flexibility or stability. Also, they reduce the rate of shoulder injury

This enhances overall core stability of  your shoulder.

Do it: Set yourself lying in a pushup position with arms resting on the floor supporting your upper body, elbows under shoulders and bent 90°. Push up off the elbows, tucking your chin so your head is in line with your body. Hold for a minute.

Four ways to stretch your body early in the morning

There are some changes that needs to take place in your life. One of them is your body weight.
Below are four ways to stretch your body in less than 10mins.

1. V-Sit


Seated on a mat, spread your legs wide in front of you. Sit up, don't rest your back on anything and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Slightly bending from the hips and keeping both hands on the floor, reach your hands as far as you can. Each time that you exhale, move your hands out a little further to gradually increase the stretch. Keep this position for 40 seconds

2. Hurdler


While seated on a yoga mat, spread both legs out in front of you. Lift and turn in your left leg so that your foot is resting against the inside of your right leg. Bending from the hips, reach for your right foot with your right hand. If you can reach your toe, gradually pull it back towards you. To increase the stretch, attempt to lower your torso towards your left leg, once again ensuring that you are bending from the hips. Keep this position for 40 seconds. 

3. Hip Flexor and Quad stret


With a kneel down, step your left foot forward, make sure your knee doesn’t pass your toes. Press your hips forward, still keeping your knees behind your toes. Keeping your torso upright, use your right hand to hold your right foot, so your knee is bent at a 45-degree angle. Keep this position for 40 seconds, breathing deeply throughout. Repeat this stretch on the other side.

 4. Downward Dog

Placing your hands on your mat both hands apart and slightly further away from the shoulder with your feet firmly placed together on the mat behind you while resting on the balls of your feet in a push-up position. With knees slightly bent, press your heels into the mat and tilt your tailbone upwards. Make space between your shoulders and ears by drawing your shoulder blades down and back. Hold this position for 40 seconds.

Sexless Marriage

 It is an open secret that a lot of couples don't engage in sex anymore, this means that they are either roommates or enemies-in-arms. Most couples shy away from admitting to it that their marriages have reached a breaking point because their one vital ingredient- sex.

It is very rare these days for a man to look at the wife's butt and make an arousal comment, nor for the wife to tell the husband, "baby, I am horny, and I will like to have sex tonight, what about you?" If your marriage sex life has entered a point of no return, it behooves on you and your spouse to find solution to it. No outsider can proffer solution to the sexlessness in your marriage.

There is one mistake young couples make that leads to sexless marriage- a very large bed. Couples who use large beds can stay up to two months without sex. This is from my personal experience, when I realized this I told my spouse about the need to change the bed. A large bed will it very difficult for you guys to make up after a fall out. When your bodies are not always in contact while sleeping you begin to think that your spouse is now your roommate. When couples begin to stay in different rooms because of their incompatibility, just forget it, The marriage will be like to enemies staying together without an option.

The solution to sexless marriage is, avoid large beds, always talk dirty (moderately and privately), always eat your wife's food even after a fight, always look attractive to your spouse, know how to strike up conversation- adult related, with your spouse and tell your spouse what you want in bed.

1. Hydrants With Leg Extension

Bend on all fours with your knees hip-width apart and your wrists stacked over your shoulders. Keeping your knees bent at a 90-degree angle, lift your right leg out to hip height, then extend your raised leg straight out to the side. Pause before you bend your knee again and bring your leg back to starting position to complete one rep.The view from the back is breathtaking.

2. Rainbows

Bend on all fours again with your knees hip-width apart and your wrists stacked over your shoulders. With a pointed toe, extend your right leg and reach the foot toward the ceiling. Slowly lower your leg to tap the floor. Squeeze your glutes as you lift your leg back to starting position, then lower your leg to tap the floor about a foot to the left of your kneeling foot.

3. Curtsy Lunges

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your hands pressed together at chest level. Keeping your hips square, step your left leg diagonally behind you and bend both knees at a 90-degree angle, keeping the knees behind the toes. Pause, then press into your right heel to return to standing position as you extend your left leg into a side kick. 
4. Heel-Lifted Sumo Squat
Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointed outward. Lift your left heel. With control, sit your hips back as you lower your butt toward the floor, keeping your knees behind your toes and bracing your core to help you balance.
5. Bear Plank Leg Lifts
Start in a plank position with your shoulders stacked above your wrists and your body in a straight line between the top of your head and your heels. Lift your right leg and bend the knee 90 degrees, bringing your heel toward your butt. With a flexed foot, squeeze your glutes and raise your right heel toward the ceiling as high as you can.
6. Sumo Squat to Calf Raise

Start with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly outward. Keeping your knees over your ankles and chest high, bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the ground. With control, raise one heel as high as you can without compromising your form. This style looks more like twerking. I bet you will look beautiful from behind after this. Thank me later
