1. Flexibility
2. Body composition
3. Cardiovascular endurance
4. Muscular strength
5. Muscular endurance


FLEXIBILITY
The most important way to avoid injury of any form is to be flexible enough. Just a few factors have great roles to play in your flexibility, this includes how relaxed your muscles are and the coordination of your joints.
Flexibility training operates in various forms which includes, stoic but static stretching being the most popular. To perform a static stretch you need to extend the muscle to its limit and hold on for some time. Another form of flexibility training is known as Self-Myofascial Release, which involves putting pressure on tight muscles in order to work out knots. Yoga and Pilates classes also great ways to gain flexibility.
What you eat is very important if you really want maintain your flexibility. It is advised at this stage to eat foods rich in vitamin.


BODY COMPOSITION
The body is made up of different types of tissues, of which a greater number are muscle tissues. Actually, a greater percentage of our body is made up of muscle tissue, fat, and bone.
Too much body fat is linked to a large number health challenges, which includes; cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes. In terms of body composition, the most important variable is your body fat percentage, or the percent of your total body mass that is composed of  excess fat.
There are many ways to measure your body fat percentage, they are: calipers, bioelectrical impedance, or hydrostatic weighing. If you care only about your body composition, exercise and diet are the best ways to go about it.
However, to truly achieve the body composition you desire, one of the most important way is to  reduce your intake of sugar.


Cardiovascular Endurance
Known as cardio-respiratory endurance, this is more concerned about the capacity at which blood and oxygen is delivered throughout the body to help the body carry out its functions. .
For one to have enough cardiovascular endurance, there is the need to engage in a highly intensified exercise inorder increase and sustain your heart rate. Always remember, that the heart is a muscle too. Just like every other muscle, it needs exercise to get stronger. There are many ways of ways to increase and sustain your heart rate. Any cardio machine, such as a treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike, will do the magic.
However, what you eat is of great importance to the heart because of this era of health problems, including heart attack and stroke.


Muscular Strength
Muscular strength is the ability of the muscles to produce enough force. The muscles are fused with the execution power to overcome opposing forces. But as these opposing forces increase, there comes a point where the muscular contraction begins to deepen. Increasing the amount of opposing force your muscles can overcome requires developing your muscular strength. You can achieve this through resistance training with free weights, elastic bands, exercise machines, or even bodyweight exercises.


Muscular Endurance
Muscular endurance is the fussion of both muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. It is a matter of how long a muscle can overcome a force before it is overtaken by fatigue. Whereas muscular strength refers to maximal strength, muscular endurance refers to how long the muscles can endure under a load.



To test your muscular endurance, pick up three-pound weights and see how many times you can press them over your head before you cannot lift your arms up any longer. Another way to improve your muscular endurance is to engage in cardiovascular exercise such as walking up a flight of stairs or riding a bike.
