Why You Need To Exercise At 40

We all know that we will grow old sometime in our lives, but growing old in good health is a gift we should always be thankful for. As you grow old you realize that you are not flexible anymore. The truth is, as you grow old your joints become stiffer.

  2. 40 is so overrated. People think that at 40 your life is over, it's not over it's just in the middle of it. And yes I think we have to do some exercise,I'm almost 40bso I am trying to be more active in this quarantine times. I'm finding it very helpful and I think I could even lose more weight now. I don't know why but I think my metabolism is getting more fast.

  8. I didn't notice much difference in my body after I turned 40. But, now that I'm in my mid forties, I'm beginning to feel stuff. I agree that the earlier you start to exercise, the better.
